Pricing

Priced by the problem, not by the seat.

Real starting prices, published. What you pay depends on how much of your business the automation has to touch — and we quote that before anything begins.

Before the number

Every build moves through four stages, and you can stop after any of them. The packages below map onto those stages — see how we work.

01

Understand

One call, then a few days

We sit with how the work actually happens — who answers the phone, what gets typed twice, where things fall through. You get a written map of it back, whether or not you hire us.

02

Test

2–3 weeks

We build the smallest version that answers the question “does this actually work here?” — running on your real scenarios, with sandboxed data, so you can judge it rather than imagine it.

03

Deploy

3–6 weeks

Once the pilot earns its place, we wire it into the real thing: your channels, your books, your staff escalation. We have done this on a live system without a minute of downtime.

04

Run

Ongoing

Businesses change — new products, new prices, new questions. We watch what the system gets wrong, fix it, and add the actions your team starts asking for.

Questions

Why not a fixed price list?

Because an assistant answering delivery questions and a system that writes into your accounts are not the same job. The starting prices above are real floors — the exact number comes from a scoping call once we understand the workflow, and we quote before any work begins.

What are the running costs on top?

Automation uses third-party services — voice minutes, AI model usage, hosting. These are billed on your own accounts so you see them directly, and we size them honestly during scoping. For a small business, running costs are usually a modest monthly figure, not a surprise.

How long does it take?

A pilot is typically three to four weeks from scoping to live. A full deployment depends on how many systems it has to touch, and we agree the milestones up front.

Do you work with our existing team or developer?

Yes. We have taken over live systems, rebuilt them cleanly and handed them back without downtime. If you have a developer, we work alongside them.

What if it turns out automation is the wrong answer?

We will tell you. If the work is too rare, too varied, or better fixed with a process change, saying so costs us one call and saves you a project.
