Questions, answered
A little more clarity.
Before we say hello.
A straightforward look at what we’re building, what is available today, and where a human stays involved.
Product preview · In developmentWhat is Punjabi Labs?
We are building voice and written-chat assistants for business websites. The goal is to answer from approved business information, collect an enquiry with the visitor’s agreement and hand it to the business owner.
Can I use the assistant today?
The public website is a product preview. The interactive preview is scripted; the live voice demo, self-service accounts and subscriptions are not yet open. You can contact us about early access.
Will it work with my website?
The planned assistant will be added to a website with a small code snippet or a WordPress integration. We will check your website and requirements before confirming compatibility.
Does it speak my customers’ languages?
Multilingual voice is central to the product. Several languages have been explored in our private prototype, but quality varies. Launch support and the full English handover will be confirmed through testing. Read our approach.
Can an AI assistant get things wrong?
Yes. The design uses information you approve and a handover when a question needs a person. Your team should review enquiries and keep the business information up to date.
Can it confirm bookings or give professional advice?
The intended assistant answers from approved information and can complete authorised bookings through a tested connected system. It must verify availability and successful saving before confirming. Today’s booking examples are simulated; no real booking connection is active. A person joins when requested or when the task exceeds the assistant’s permissions. It is not intended to provide legal, medical, financial or tax advice.
What will it cost?
Pricing, trial rules and minute allowances are under review. The pricing page explains what needs to be agreed in a proposal. No subscription is currently available to buy.
What happens to customer data?
Our intended approach is explained in the data and trust page. Those policies are pre-launch drafts awaiting review. This website’s illustrated examples do not open your microphone or submit conversation data.
How do I enquire about early access?
Email contact@punjabilabs.com with your website, business type and the languages your customers use. Enquiring does not create a subscription or a payment commitment.
