Legal
Acceptable use policy
Pre-launch draft. These policies describe proposed arrangements, not a service operating today. Product behaviour, commercial terms, company details and legal review remain pending. They do not take effect until launch.
This policy is part of our terms of service. It is here to keep the assistant safe and trustworthy for everyone who talks to it.
What we ask of every customer
- Tell your visitors they are talking to an AI assistant, and do not remove or hide the notice we show.
- Give the assistant only information you are entitled to use, and keep it accurate and up to date.
- Read the enquiries it sends you, and deal with them fairly and in line with the law.
- Keep your sign-in details private.
What you must not do
- Use the service for anything illegal, fraudulent, deceptive or harmful, including scams, impersonation, harassment, hate or threats.
- Make the assistant claim to be a human, or to be another real person or organisation.
- Use it to give legal, tax, medical, financial or other regulated advice, or to replace such advice, or use it for emergency calls.
- Use it to make decisions about people that have legal or similarly significant effects, such as refusing a service or a job automatically.
- Use it to collect special categories of personal data (such as health data) without a lawful basis and without telling us first.
- Use it to send spam or unwanted marketing, or to collect personal data people did not expect to give.
- Try to get around the limits on minutes, trials or domains, or share an account to avoid paying.
- Copy, reverse-engineer, resell or scrape the service, or use it to build a competing product.
- Test our security or overload the service without our written permission.
- Upload anything that infringes someone’s rights, or contains malware.
What we may do
If we believe this policy is being broken, we may warn you, limit features, pause the assistant or end your account, as our terms of service describe. Where we can, we will tell you why and give you the chance to put things right.
Reporting a problem
If you think the assistant is being misused, or you have received something from it that worries you, write to contact@punjabilabs.com with the website address and what happened.
